Color plastic overmolding scraper

-          Intertech can make good colorful over molding product mold and molding service.

-          This illustrated example is injected with PP material first for the first color of handle body   

         parts, then, over molding with second color of TPE material.

-          This project is done with two molds.

-          Normally, whenever for obtaining better product out looking or getting certain strength for 

        product, customer will select to use two materials in two colors to achieve the goal.

        In such project, Intertech will give good advice for applying different material and different 

        color on one final product. Also, for those joint line in between two material, Intertech can 

        design good mold to optimize such junction.
